This is open to all Aquanaut Swimmers and is a great team building event for the swimmers. All swimmers compete against their squad members with the exception of 400 free, 200 free and 400 IM, which is competed in age groups.
Warm up begins at 9 am.
There is a one-off fee of £15 for all swims in age group.
